Mood changes, irritability, depression, anxiety, fatigue: these are not simply symptoms of illnesses that we should all medicate and suppress — these are symptoms of the human experience.

And our souls get the most out of our experience here on this rock hurtling through space when it is forced to confront and work through mental, emotional, and physical pain. This is how we grow. This is how we find who we are.

So, today, we’re talking to holistic psychiatrist and returning guest Dr. Kelly Brogan, who is willing to stand up to the Pharma Mafia and Big Tech censorship in an effort to change the way we understand and approach mental health and ourselves.

And Kelly has a ton of incredible insight in her brand-new book, Own Your Self: The Surprising Path beyond Depression, Anxiety, and Fatigue to Reclaiming Your Authenticity, Vitality, and Freedom.

In the book and this episode, Kelly invites us to come on a journey of finally coming home to ourselves and shows us how we can alchemize crisis into growth — and I am so excited to take this journey with her.
