My Sunlighten Sauna 12-Step Protocol For Maximum Impact:

1. Pre-heat the sauna 30 minutes before the session
2. Jump on a rebounder for 5 minutes to get the blood and lymph flowing.
3. Stretch on a vibration plate for 5 min to release joint tension and relax the muscles. 
4. Enter the sauna and do a full-body skin brushing with a copper wire brush to stimulate detox and exfoliate the skin
5. Strategically apply DMSO for maximum absorption of magnesium oil
6. Use magnesium oil spray liberally before sweating
7. Practice a few minutes of light breathwork to prime the nervous system for relaxation
